Within the framework of the programme ‘’Passing on the Remembrance of the Holocaust and prevention of crimes against humanity: a cross-cutting approach’’, the Council of Europe is organising, in partnership with Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum and Pedagogical University of Cracow, an European workshop for teachers. The workshop “History – Memory – Education. KL Auschwitz a year before liberation” will take place on 18-23 October 2014 in Cracow and at the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in Oświęcim.
